We enter inside a structure like an igloo, outside we heat volcanic stones in the ceremonial fire as we introduce them little by little within the Temazcal, we use different medicinal herbs and incense such as copal, sage, cedar, rosemary, lavender, chamomile, etc.
The benefits of the Temazcal are many, toxins are eliminated from the body through sweating, stimulates and oxygenates the organs, strengthens the immune system, etc. The Temazcal Ceremony goes beyond a physical benefit, it is a spiritual experience that helps us balance mind, body and spirit.
