Riviera Nayarit is located on the migratory path of hundreds of birds. It is the perfect place to observe and recognize many bird species. The existence of a great variety of habitats, long stretches of beaches, estuaries surrounded by mangroves, lagoons, rivers, and many types of vegetation makes the best landscape for our encounter with the birds.

One of the most beautiful attractions on the Riviera Nayarit is without question the arrival of the humpback whale (Megaptera novaeangliae). Every year, in one of the largest migratory journeys in the animal kingdom, the humpback whale travels thousands of miles to reach the warm coasts of Nayarit to perform mating and nursing rituals. Considered one of the most acrobatic mammals, the humpback whale amazes us with their displays of power.

DESCRIPTION: Pick up in San Pancho. 30-minute drive to Punta de Mita where we board the boat, followed by 2 hours of whale watching from our authorized private boat. Duration 3 hours.

One of the most important archaeological sites gives our guests the opportunity to visit an authentic museum in the middle of the tropical forest. More than 2000 figures carved in stone shows our ancient culture. The tecoxquines, or ancient inhabitants, worked on volcanic rock symbols concerning of their cosmovision, health, fertility, rain, agriculture, and their offerings and prayers for the wellness of the community. Nowadays, it is still a very important site for different indigenous Nation. It is  a place full of magic and peace that will take you through time. Bring a bathing suit if you'd like to jump in the natural jungle pool!

One of the most historical towns in the area, San Blas has been the scene and protagonist of countless stories and legends. During the viceroyalty of New Spain, it was the most important port of the Western Pacific.

La Tovara is a spring which gives rise to a natural fresh water pond in the middle of an estuary. The area is very extensive and full of natural canals through the jungle. It is a very important place for nesting and provides shelter for many species, as well as playing an important role in the natural balance of ecosystems.

DESCRIPTION: Pick up in San Pancho. 2-hour drive to San Blas, followed by a 1-hour smooth boat ride. Lunch (not included). Duration 6 to 7 hours.

One of the Magical Towns of Mexico offers our guests a place frozen in time. Located in the Sierra Madre Mountain Range over 5000 feet above sea level, its streets, architecture, history, and landscape give this place the well-deserved name of Magical Town. We will take you to the church, the town square, the organic coffee plantations, the museum of Doña Conchita, and the raicilla distillery.
